Ingredients

Cooking time 15 mints

  • 500 gramBeef mince
  • 50 gmBeef fat /butter/oil
  • Green chilies 6 finely copped
  • 1 TspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 3 tbspGarlic crush
  • Onion paste (squeeze all the water)
  • Green chilli for garnish
  • Tomatoes For garnish

Steps

Cooking time 15 mints
  1. 1

    Merinate the beef mince with all ingredients for 2 hour

    Make kabab and shallow fry them on griller, fry pan or Tawa as your choice
