Ingredients

  • 1 cupoil
  • 50samosa sheets
  • 2egg whites (for binding)
  • 1/2 kgchicken boneless
  • 1coal
  • 1 table spoonred chilli
  • 1 table spoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonblack pepper
  • 1 table spoonsoya sause
  • 2capsicum
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 1 cupmozeralla cheese
  • 4khajjor without seeds
  • 1 cupimli pulp
  • 1 tablespoonchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and peel of then mash

  2. 2

    Add capsicum in it and mix.

  3. 3

    Add chicken in pan, salt, pepper, soya sause, red chilli, and cook and dry.

    Shread the chicken and mix in potatoes

  5. 5

    Add coal smoke in it.

  6. 6

    Add cheese and mix we'll.

  7. 7

    Take two sheet shots vertical and fill and bing with egg white

  8. 8

    Add oil in pan and fry.

  9. 9

    For chutney: add khajoor in water and soak for hour andblend with imli pulp

  10. 10

    Take pan and add this paste and cook add cha to masala in it.
