Beef Tripe is a type of edible lining from the Cow stomach which is called "Bhuri" in Bengali language.
We Bangladeshi people, prepare a traditional delicious stir fry recipe with it especially during the Eid after qurbani.
It's one of my favorite Recipe. You can eat this stir fry with steamed rice , bread, paratha whatever you want. Let's cook this traditional Bengali delicacy. Take Love from my country- Bangladesh 😊.

Cooking Instructions

Clean the beef Tripe using proper steps. Wash it and boil it. Now cut it into small cubical square shapes. Chop the potatoes into small cubical shape. Keep it aside.

Now take a pan and put all the ingredients without chopped onions and dry red chilli into it. Cover the pan and start the flame. Cook it until the beef Tripe and potatoes are 100% done. Then stop the flame.

Now, take another frypan, put some mustard oil and heat it on stove. Put chopped onions with whole dry red chillies into it and fry until onions become brown.

Now put the cooked tripe and potatoes curry into it and stir fry for 10 minutes. After that, stop the flame immediately.

Bangladeshi Traditional Beef Tripe Stir Fry is ready to serve. Serve it hot with steamed rice, bread, paratha, luchi etc. Enjoy our traditional Bengali delicacy.
