Ingredients

3 cupsmilk
1/4 cupoats
2-3carrots grated
1/4 cupsugar
1 tspCardomom powder
Few Safforn soaked in warm milk
as required Dry fruits for garnish
1-2 tbspGhee

Dry roast the oats and keep aside

In a pan, add ghee and roast carrots for some time and add milk and cook the carrots well.

Now, add the oats and sugar and boil for 5 mins.

Once the oats have cooked well, add the saffron and cardamom powder and dry fruits.
