1Small bowl Makhana
2 tbspPeanut
1 tspGhee
to taste black Pepper powder
to tasteRock salt

Steps

Take a pan, add 1 Teaspoon ghee.

Add peanut and fry for 1 min on medium flame. Now add makhana to this and fry for 5-6 mins on low flame.

Add rock salt and pepper powder as per taste to this. Now the dish is ready.
