Ingredients

1 cupmillet flour
1big banana
1/2 cupdesecated coconut
1/4 cupjaggery
to tastesandeh salt
2cadamom powder

To makes banana paste.Melt the jaggery.Mix the millet flour,banana paste&melted jaggery well.

Add coconut&salt mix well.appe.batter is ready.

Grease the appe pan.p our a ladle ful of batter &cover it 3 mints.After 3 mints flip the appe.

Millet banana appe is ready to serve.Serve with coconut chutney.

I used the recipe measurements and ended with dry flour with clumps in it. Did you add water and forgot to put it in the recipe?
