I've always been fascinated by the food from my country 🇲🇽, but I like to experiment with healthier, more natural options sometimes, so I came up with this recipe that keeps its purpose and flavor. Hope you enjoy it!

Bring the wheat to a boil in a pot.

In another pot with water, add the peeled onion and garlic, then add the chicken. Add salt to taste.

In a separate pot, add the spinach (already washed) and the spices. Once the spinach is tender, blend it with its cooking water. Pour this mixture into the pot with the chicken.

You can add the wheat to the chicken pot or serve it separately.

Wash the lettuce, slice the onion, cut the limes, radishes, and any other toppings you want to serve with your pozole.
