COCONUT MILK BALLS...(nariyal ke laddu)

Melt the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on moderately low heat. Add the coconut cook for five minutes continuously.

Add sugar and mix. Now add milk cook for 10-15 minutes constantly. Add cardamom powder. And give a nice mix.

Transfer the mixture to a clean, flat surface. When cool enough to handle shape into equal-sized balls. garnish with pistachio (pasta)
