Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfreshly squeezed watermelon juice
  2. To tasteSalt (you can take blk salt)
  3. 1 tbspginger juice
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspghee
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 2dry red chillies
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take water melon juice, ginger juice and lemon juice in a pan and put it on medium heat.

    Add salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and black pepper powder and boil it for 3-4 minutes.

    Now in another pan add ghee and heat it. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add dry red chillies and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take the soup in serving glassl and pour this seasoning on it. Serve it hot. Can add Coriander leaves for garnish
