In a kadai, add the oil, and upon heating add the tomatoes along with ginger and green chillies.

Saute them for 2-3 minutes and then add the cashew nuts paste. Now cook it for 2-3 minutes..add haldi and red chilli powder and cook till the oil separates.

Now add the cream and half cup of water....add salt too...let it boil for 2 minutes..the oil will start to collect on sides....

Add the paneer cubes....mix gently...add chopped coriander and serve hot.
