Mash daal gal jaye to chalni me chan lein

Ak pan me oil garam karen or piyaz or zeera dal kar soaty karen

Ab adrak lahsan dal kar brown kar lein

Ab lal sabut mirch hari mirch or adrak dal kar mix karein 2 minutes fry karen

Ab daal dal kar mix karen 2 minutes half hara dhania or adark dal kar 2 minutes dam par rakh dein

Daal tiyar hai

Serving platter me nikal kar hara dhania or adrak se garnish karen garam garam chapati salad or achar ke sath serve karen
