Ingredients

  • 4 cupsall purpose flour
  • Boiled water(let it cool alittle)
  • 1/4 cupoil for kneading the dough but not all
  • 1/4samli for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put the flour and add salt,mix well and then add oil mix again then add the warm water and start to make a dough.

  2. 2

    Now start kneading the dough until its soft,after divide th dough into 3 balls,roll each ball and apply samli and flour then cut into stripes and roll each strip to make a small ball.continue with the rest until done. Like that on the picture.

    When you are done with the dough,start rolling each ball to get a nice shaped round,now take a pan place it on the gas when the pan is hot place the round chapati and start to cook it cook on both side apply samli and cook well until golden brown.ENJOY😋
