Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsChicken
  2. 1/2 cupthick Dahi
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 pinchyellow colour
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspMaggie masala
  11. 2 tbspkaju paste
  12. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take dahi add green chutney + salt + pepper + turmeric + yellow colour + garam masala powder + cumin powder + Maggie masala + kaju paste and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Wash chicken pieces discard all it's water and add to the marination and keep aside for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Heat grill pan add some oil and place chicken pieces one by one cook on a low flame untill it gets completely cooked and get grill effects.
