Mostly served at Chinese restaurant, this dessert is quite easy to make, i add some cocoa powder to colouring ^^

Mostly served at Chinese restaurant, this dessert is quite easy to make, i add some cocoa powder to colouring ^^
Steps

Add water, yeast, sugar, vanila essence, salt, mix well
- 2
Add in flour, knead for 2 minutes to strech the gluten, set aside in a bowl with little oil, cover up proof for an hour
- 3
Flatten the dough, sprinkle with cocoa powder, roll up, cut into 6 pieces

Steam for 12 minutes with high heat, set aside to cool, you can keep it for next cooking

Fry bao till golden, mine its getting browned because of cocoa powder :( drain and serve
