Cooking Instructions

Toast shredded coconut in pan, when its browned add coconut milk and sugar and salt, turn off the heat, set aside

Beat thickened cream till soft peak and then fold it up with cooked coconut milk that has been cool down
- 3
Mix throughly and left on freezer for 6 hours or overnight
