4 Pie Muffins

4Lge Eggs
3 SprigsSpring Onions/Shallots (Chopped)
50 gHam (Shreded/Diced)
PinchParsley Flakes
to tasteSalt & Pepper
Garlic &/or Onion Salt or Hot Sauce (optional)

Steps

Wisk Eggs then add all remaining ingredients. Stir well & then scoop into PM trays (I have KMart 4 Pie Maker).

Cook for 7-8min..

Remove from PM onto paper towel & eat or add to a container & refrigerate for later.
