Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbsbeef (about 500 grams)
  • 1onion
  • 2green bell peppers
  • 2red bell peppers (or any bell peppers you prefer)
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce, fish sauce
  • Seasoning powder
  • Garlic

Steps

    Cut the beef into cubes. Marinate with 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, and a little ground black pepper.

    Mince the garlic. Cut the onion and bell peppers into square pieces.

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté half of the garlic first. Add the beef and stir-fry over high heat. Once the beef is just seared on the outside, remove it from the pan. Sauté the remaining garlic with the onion and bell peppers (add the beef juices to the pan as well). Finally, return the beef to the pan and stir-fry everything together for a few more minutes until done.
