रेसपी सोयाबीन को 15 मिनट गर्म पानी मे भिगो कर रखे । अब अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च, धनिया, सोयाबीन और प्याज को मिक्सी मे पीस कर स्वाद अनुसार नमक डाले।

बैटर को बाउल मे निकाल कर मैदा,कॉर्नफ्लोर, चाट मसाला, गरम मसाला, चिकन मसाला और एक चुटकी ऑरेंज कलर मिलाए।

फ्रिज मे 10 मिनट के लिए रख दे, उसके बाद टिकी बना कर तेल मे सुनहरा होने तक तले और फिर चाट मसाला डाल कर हरी चटनी और प्याज के साथ सर्व करे।
