First cook rice by adding mint leaves,salt,and bit of oil when it is cooked keep aside to cool it

Now in kadai put ghee or oil as per

Put chopped onion make it pinkish

Nw add chopped tomatoes cook it for 5 mins and all masala even pav bhaji masala and keep a side

Nw to make cheese paneer kofta take boiled potatoes add breadcrumbs salt bit of garam masala chilli powder salt make balls by stuffing grated paneer & cheese and fry them till golden brown. keep aside

Nw last step take a pan make layer of cooked rice & above cooked vegetables. Put cooking saffron & green colour at top (colour mixed with lemon) stem it for 10 mins by covering it tightly

Nw it's serving time first mix the rice from top to bottom properly by adding fried koftas in it.take plate put rice garnish with fried onion & coriander. Serve with fried papad or raita
