Take a bowl add all the ingredients in the bowl and whisk it well until masala gets well combined, then add capsicum, tomato and paneer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Now take paneer put it inside the skewers, followed by capsicum and tomato and brush with oil, then bake a preheated microwave at 210 c for 15 mins.

Apply oil in between. Your ready paneer tikka is ready to serve with curd raita.
