Crispy Onion chilli dosa with chutney

For dosa soak urad dal, rice, methi seeds and chanadal for approx 6hrs and grind it to a fine paste and make it to a pouring thick consistency and leave it for fermentation for overnight

On the other hand in a pan dry roast coconut, peanuts, phutana, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander separately and grind it to a fine paste..

To the above chutney add salt to taste and u can also add tadka which is optional..

Now once the dosa batter is fermented... Now add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, jeera, salt to taste to it and mix it well and add water as per the reqd consistency...

Now heat the dosa pan and add lill batter to it and spread it evenly in a circular motion and let it cook until it is golden brown in colour and flip it to cook on another side...

Dosa is ready to be served!!!
