Steps

Wash and soak lobia for an hour.

Take oil in a pot and add chopped onions.

Fry onion golden brown and add ginger and garlic paste

Add chopped tomatoes and yogurt. Make a paste of the masalah.

Take 2 tbsp oil and sauté chicken till it’s colour change sprinkle little black pepper on it.

Add tomatoes and yogurt paste in chicken and cook till chicken is completely tendered and oil comes outbof masala.

Take water in a pot, when it comes to boil add lobia and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

You’ll see some dirty water then discard that water and again add water, let it boil, now add lobia.

Cook lobia till it completely tendered.

Add lobia in chicken. Add green chilli.cook on low flame till desired consistency.

Take khalis ghee in a pan add zeera and black pepper. Give tarka to lobia.

Enjoy with paratha.
