Squishy Gulab jamun with Coffee♡

In a bowl mix all ingredients of gulab jamun dough (milk powder, flour, semolina and cream) mix with light hands to make a soft dough.

Grease hand and make equal size small balls from the dough.

Heat up oil and fry the dough balls on low flame till it comes in golden colour.

To make sheera, add sheera ingredients (sugar, water and green cardamom) in a pan and cook in medium flame till sugar dissolved, sheera shoud be thin. Add kevrda water and add fried dough balls in the sheera cover and simmer for 10 to 15 min.

Decorate with chandi warkk. Enjoy with coffee.
