Ingredients

1 cupsour cream
1/4 cupfresh dill chopped
1lemon juiced
1partially peeled cucumber finely diced
to tasteGarlic powder salt and pepper

Steps

Partially peel and Finely dice 1 large cucumber. Add to bowl with sour cream.

Chop dill and add to cucumber mixture.

Juice lemon and add juice to mixture.

Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly and cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
