1 tspCumin powder

Steps

Peel the potato skin and grate it. Soak the grated potato in water for 30 mins.

Take the potato out of water add some salt and rest but for 10 mins.Remove the extra water.

Add turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix it well. Deep fry them in hot oil. You can have it with hot rice and dal.
