Fry the garlic in a large frying pan with the olive oil and add the sweet peppers and mushrooms. Once they start to brown add the potatoes for about 30 to 40 mins until brown.

About ten mins before the end of the above step use another frying pan to fry the steak to your liking adding the blue cheese.

When serving make sure you get the blue cheese on top of the steak and then add the sautéed potatoes to the dish.
