  • 1 packetinstant yeast
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1egg

    Maida. Salt.sugar. aur yeast mix krne neem garam pani se atta ghondh lane 1 and half hr cover kar ke rakhein double ho jaye tu pan ka shape dein or greasing pan ma cover kar ke 2 hrs rakhne.

    Double hojye tu beaten egg ke greasinv karain atte pe. 170°c 35 to 40 min bake marein.
