Poach cod prawn and shrimp in milk until translucentant leave to cool flake into chunks

Peal potatoes cut into small cubes boil untill tender drain and mash with plenty butter milk salt and pepper

White sauce melt half pack butter in large pan with five or six table spoons plain flour stir until combined to form a roux cook out flour for one to two minutes then start adding cooking liquid from fish untill smooth thickish sauce is formed then add chapped parsley

Then assemble dish

Place fish and sauce in oven dish leave cool when cool add mashed potatoes place in oven untill golden brown
