Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoaked moong dal
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked masoor dal
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 3-4 garlic cloves
  6. 2red chillies
  7. to taste Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add everything in a pressure cooker and give 2 whistles switch off the flame.

    Allow the steam to escape on it's own. Mash daal nicely

  3. 3

    Heat little oil in a laddle,now give tadka of cumin seeds,red chillies and garlic.
