I love strawberry cake and this is my favorite recipe. The icing is very sweet so this is why I bake it in a 13 by 9 inch pan so there is only icing on the top and it doesn't overwhelm the cake. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

I'm not very good at decorating cakes so I created this cake as an easy way to celebrate the Doll Festival. I really think l came up with a great idea here!If you use substitute cream to make the filling, it will have a higher water content and make the cake moister. If you use dairy cream, some of the flavor will be lost by over beating. It will have an excellent richness to it, however. For one 26 cm [10.2 in] x 26 cm sheet. Recipe by Asamato
