Cut cauliflower into florets. Place into pan with the cashews garlic and almond milk. Add nooch. Stir everything with a wooden spoon until when combined.

Cover kid and cook for 20 min. There will not be much liquid left. Transfer to blender. Add lemon juice, nutmeg, ACV, and 1/2 cup more milk, salt and pepper.

Process until smooth. 30-60 sec

Pour blended sauce into a pan and cook for a minute. Add cooked fettuccine and stir until combined. Served with fresh parsley.
