Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin might not be an obvious addition to a smoothie, but it is honestly really tasty and tastes reminiscent of pumpkin pie. It’s also good for you and is full of beta-carotene which the body needs to be able to produce vitamin A (retinol). If you can’t eat dairy like me, you could use a coconut yoghurt like CoYo, or any non-dairy yoghurt. To make puree from scratch, just boil up your pumpkin until tender and then blend. #halloweencontest
