In a clean pot add your veg oil when hot add your slice onions then your your grand scotch bonnet fry it for some minutes and add 2 cup of water then you add your wash dry fish, Maggi,spicy your salt and let boil for 15 minutes then you add already wash rice and let it cook.....serve hot...
