Mysore Pak - one of the most popular and traditional south Indian recipe originated from the royal Mysore palace. This is very quick and easy delicious sweet recipe. Perfectly made at home with less ingredients. Beginners can make it in an easy manner.

Take a pan and roast gram flour in low flame then keep aside. In the same pan add ghee and allow to melt well.

Sieve the roasted flour and add melted ghee in the roasted flour mix well make sure there is no lumps. Prepare sugar syrup by using sugar and water. stir till the sugar attains one string consistency.

Keep on stirring by adding while adding the prepared roasted flour paste. Heat ghee and add spoon by spoon while in stirring process in three portion till the flour absorb all the ghee. stir till it become soft and smooth.

Transfer to ghee greased square pan and rest for 5 min. Then cut into rectangle pieces using knife and using covered plate turn it.

Your tasty sweet softy sweet and smoothy mysore pak is ready to serve.
