This Breast Cancer Awareness month October, I would like to post a recipe dedicating for the cause and helping in the contribution for the awareness program. Going pink with my recipe!

Cooking Instructions

Grate the beetroot in a container.
- 2
Boil milk and reduce it to half the amount.
- 3
Add the beetroot in the milk and stir.
- 4
Cook it till all the beetroot absorbs the milk and milk gets reduced and thickened.

Add condensed milk and cardamom.
- 6
Add the khoya if you want. It will increase the richness of the dessert. (Optional)

Add a pinch of salt and sugar to enhance the flavor and stir.

Add the cashews and raisins at the end and stir for 5 mins until it combines altogether.

Cook till milk gets totally absorbed.

Serve hot or cold.
