  • 1 cuppaneer
  • 1/2 cup pistachio coarse powder
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/8 tspsaffron (soaked in little milk)

  1. 1

    Crumble or grate paneer. Mix paneer, powdered sugar, pistachio powder & saffron, mix it with light hand.

    Make oblong rolls out of it, roll it in coarse pistachio powder & chill it in refrigerator. Serve chilled. Consume within a day.
