Ingredients

  1. Bindi half kg
  2. Chikn half kg
  3. 2Onion
  4. 2Tomatoes
  5. Garlic jinger paste
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 spoonRed Chillies
  8. Coriander powder half spoon
  9. 1 tea spoonHaldi
  10. Zeera half spoon
  11. Oil 1 medium cup

Cooking Instructions

    First of all boil the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. And fry the ladyfingers in another pan after frying ladyfinger, fry boiled chikn too.

    Now fry onion till brown and add garlic jinger paste in it. Then add tomatoes and fry them well

  3. 3

    Add all spices mentioned above and fry gently.. add fried ladyfingers and chicken in it and give steam.. spicy bhindi gosht is ready to eat 😋
