Take a bowl add sugar, oil and egg mix it well till slightly fluffy.

Then add vanilla essence mix again and add flour in it. Mix and make a dough knead the dough very well because of kneading no cracks will appear on cookies. Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Make small balls and make a thumbprint in center of the cookie. Then pour some jam in the thumbprint and place it in preheated larg pateela for 30 minutes. Enjoy with tea.
