Ingredients

  • Sponge
  • 4eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupflour (2 tab spoon nikal lain)
  • 1 cupcaster sugar
  • 2tab spoon coco powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking
  • 1 tea spoonchocolate essence
  • Whip cream
  • Cooking chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve dry ingredients and put a side.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and then add sugar till creamy.

  3. 3

    Add chocolate essence and fold dry ingredients. Bake 30-35 mins on 180 degree.

  4. 4

    Cut sponge in layers. Soak with milk, sugar and water mixture. Layer with cream.

    Decorate with whip cream.
