Wash,cut and boil both saag and blend coarse

Heat up a pan Add oil then asafoetida then cumin then saute ginger and garlic paste

Add onion when fried add coriander powder then add tomato puree and cut green chillies Add salt and cook

Add saag and makke ka aata and cook on slow flame

For roti Mix both aata and knead it with lukewarm water
- 6
Roll them with hand using dry aata and cook on hot skillet
- 7
Serve them with homemade makhan,gud, onion and mirchi ka achaar.
