Augratin Potatoes with Polsa Kielbasa

Wash & chop/cut herbs, onion, garlic

Peel and slice potatoes. Wash again

Mix oil, basil,rosemary, thyme, half garlic...minced, salt & pepper in a 1 gallon ziplock baggie.

Add potato slices. Shake and saturate the potatoes.

Preheat oven to 450°

Place potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheets. Cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.

Grate cheese & slice polsa Kielbasa into half inch slices.

In a large casserole dish mix potatoes and all remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook at 450° for 20 minutes

Remove cover. Stir and top with shredded cheese, parsley, & bacon

Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 more minutes.

Makes enough to feed a small army (or 3 teenage boys)

NOTE: I like to brown the cut sausage in a frying pan. It's good either way.
