Ingredients

20 servings
  1. 3 cupsPlain Flour
  2. TeaspoonSalt
  3. 6 ozButter
  4. 1Egg
  5. Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In food processor pulse together flour and salt

  2. 2

    Add butter and pulse until it is crumb like texture

  3. 3

    Add egg

  4. 4

    Add milk gradually and pulse until soft dough forms

  5. 5

    Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut into circles.

  6. 6

    Add filling, fold and crimp edges.

  7. 7

    Cook in oven Gas mark 6 for approx 20mins or until golden
