Dry roast porridge in a cooker.Add 1 cup of water in it and steam for five minutes or till the porridge gets softened.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

Add cumin seeds,asafoetida and sauté,add chopped onions,ginger sauté well,add turmeric powder,red chillies powder,add chopped tomatoes,green chillies roast.Add the peas, beans and carrots. Stir and cook till gets softened.Add salt.

Now add the boiled Dalia and paneer cubes.Mix properly so that all spices and vegetables get mixed and catch the flavour.

Cover with lid for two minutes.Now add chopped coriander leaves.Vegetables porridge is ready to serve quick,yummy and healthy.

Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with tomatoes slices and paneer cubes, serve hot.
