This recipe is very versatile. So you can make it like I did, make it like a meatloaf, or however and add whatever type of veggies or cheeses, sauces, etc you like in it, or on top of it.

We picked up this recipe from our son. It’s fairly simple and super delicious! It’s a great side dish and also works as a stand alone appetizer. It only takes about ten minutes to cook the rings, but the rings requires another 30 minutes of prep (including 20 minutes of time in the freezer).

That was my first try at stuffed squid and I decided to do this version instead of the traditional one thar had ground meet (usually pork)

I thought that someone didn't care for the tomato version, so I substituted the tomato with onion.
