Lurgy?

Tea is a great way to stay hydrated as it provides warmth and comfort to an irritated and inflamed throat and helps relieve congestion.
Echinacea has anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce the symptoms of colds and flu as well as fighting respiratory bacteria. Elderberries are particularly rich in flavonoids that bind to the human influenza virus.

Skyr yoghurt is rich in probiotic cultures and packed with vitamins and minerals which are essential for immune health.

Anthocyanins make berries excellent foods to eat when sick because they have strong anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immune-boosting effects.

Pumpkin seeds contain antioxidants like carotenoids and vitamin E that can reduce inflammation and protect cells from harmful free radicals.

Combine them and you'll have a vibey and nutritious pud.
