Anthocyanins make berries excellent foods to eat when sick because they have strong anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immune-boosting effects.
Pumpkin seeds contain antioxidants like carotenoids and vitamin E that can reduce inflammation and protect cells from harmful free radicals.

Steps

Infuse the tea in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes then remove the teabags/leaves.

Blitz the tea in a food processor with the bananas, pineapple, frozen berries, skyr and the Thai basil until smooth.

Place the fruit skyr in a bowl and top with granola, pumpkin seeds and your favourite fresh fruit.
