Stuffing:Make the paste of chana dal in a mixture. Heat ghee in a pan (1 tbsp) add hing, chopped ginger, paste, salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder, coriander powder,garam masala.

Add bharwa masala in low flame for 5 mins.

Chawal Ka dough: Make batter of rice in mixture. Heat ghee in a pan 1 tbsp and pour the batter on medium for 5 mins. Add salt to taste. Stir continuously till it reduces. Turn off the flame. Cover it with a lid for 10 mins. Add 2 tbsp wheat flour and a dough.

Give shape of Fara and fill chana Dal stuffing

Steam them for 20 mins.

Heat a pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, after crackling pour Steamed Fara into the pan. Sprinkle, red chilli powder, Cumin powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
