Slice the cucumber into two (lenght-wise) and scoop out the middle part but not too much. If you are making use of celery, this is not done because it is curved.

With a table knife, spread the peanut butter in the hollow which you created after scooping out the middle part of the cucumber. Then place the raisins on the peanut butter.
