Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan/ gram flour
  2. 1/4 tspred chilli powder,garammasala powder
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. As neededWater
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspazwain/carom seeds
  7. 4-5 slicesbread
  8. As neededOil
  9. 1 tspKasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl -take besan,azwain, red chilli powder, garammasala powder, hing,salt & kasuri methi.

    Add half cup water and mix very well.

  3. 3

    Better should not be very thick not too thin.

  4. 4

    On a chopping board, slice the bread into triangle or rectangle.

  5. 5

    Now hot the oil in a pan.

  6. 6

    Coat the bread with the besan, fry the bread pakoda on a medium flame till the are crisp & golden brown.

  7. 7

    Drain bread pakoda on a tissue paper.

  8. 8

    Serve with tomato sauce.
