For Chutney grind all the ingredients in mixer grinder into smooth Chutney. For tempering heat oil in small kadai on slow flame add black gram dal first when turns light brown add mustard, cumin, curry leaves and asafoetida and pour on Chutney, mix well.

For Dosa batter except ghee mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make thin batter adding needed water. Heat nonstick Dosa tawa apply ghee wipe with wet cloth pour dosa batter and cook till crispy fold and serve in a plate.

Serve hot tasty onion Rava Dosa with Chutney.
