Ingredients

  • 397 gramCondensed Milk
  • 150 gramWhite Chocolate
  • 200 gramBiscoff spread
  • 75 gramCoconut powder
  • 75 gramalmond powder
  • 75 gramBiscoff Biscuits
  • 1 tablespoonghee
  • Garnishing:-
  • Few strands saffron
  • Coloured coconut
  • Slivered pistachios

Steps

    In a food processor blitz the biscuits to make crumbs. In a bowl add chocolate, biscoff spread and condensed milk and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and give it a stir. Microwave for further 30 seconds. Remove and check chocolate has incorporated with condensed milk and biscoff spread.

    Add biscoff crumbs, coconut powder and almond powder and mix well. Add ghee and mix well until ghee is incorporated. Lastly pour the mixture in a greased tray and smooth over. Let it set in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. Remove and cut in squares. Best eaten next day.

Hi all, my name is Rekha. I am Indian by birth, born in Uganda, East Africa, I now live in Wilby, Northamptonshire/England.I retired at the age of 60 due to severe arthritis. I am married, a mother and grandmother.I learnt to cook from my parents at a very young age of seven. I started to cook simple dishes for the family and gradually learnt how to cook. My mum use to cook at our shop where we sold Indian sweets and savouries. I have learnt a lot from my mum. I started cooking fusion dishes and learning from others. My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
